Blonka Movement's Mentorship Program develops young men and women into emerging leaders as they navigate life's next chapter—adulthood, college, career, purpose, and the discovery of who they want to become.
Our scholars gain access to Paragon Leaders of Excellence from around the world—accomplished professionals and role models who bring real-world perspective directly into their journey. One day, a scholar may be on Zoom with a senator; the next, learning from an athlete, public figure, executive, entrepreneur, or accomplished professional within the very career field they aspire to enter.
The philosophy is simple: allow scholars to learn from people who have successfully navigated the road they are preparing to travel.
Mentors challenge, motivate, inspire, and hold scholars accountable while helping them strengthen leadership, confidence, communication, mindfulness, literacy, college readiness, ACT & SAT preparation, violence prevention, professional development, and life skills.

Reach One Teach One™ is Blonka Movement's comprehensive scholar-development program, built on a robust curriculum that connects financial literacy, college and career readiness, entrepreneurship, mentorship, ownership, and real-world preparation.
Scholars explore the fundamentals and deeper mechanics of credit—what it is, how to establish it, how the credit system works, and how personal and business credit can be strategically leveraged. The program expands into investing, stocks, bonds, money management, entrepreneurship, wealth creation, and the financial decisions that can support each scholar's chosen passion or professional career pathway.
Education extends beyond the classroom through interactive workshops, individualized Plans of Action, tangible takeaways, college exposure and field trips, professional mentorship, and candid real-life conversations about money, responsibility, ownership, and financial freedom.
The goal is greater than financial knowledge. We are preparing scholars to understand how education and economic empowerment can position them to create ownership, build generational wealth, establish legacy, and become change-makers in prominent positions around the world.

Universal Music connects scholars one-on-one with accomplished musicians and music-industry professionals who provide hands-on mentorship, education, and real-world insight designed to strengthen each scholar's artistry and develop their musicianship toward professional excellence.
We meet scholars where they are, explore their individual passions, and expose them to pathways across the music industry—from artistry and songwriting to production, engineering, management, entrepreneurship, and beyond.
Each scholar is encouraged to identify their desired musical pathway and begin developing a personalized Business Plan of Action for turning passion into purpose, profession, and long-term opportunity.
Blonka Movement serves as a resource in their toolkit—providing the mentorship, exposure, education, professional access, and strategic direction to help scholars take their next step.
